Tim's promptly sent a technician named DJ who was very knowledgeable and professional. I needed my attic roof fan replaced and the other local HVAC company the realtor wanted to use said they didn't do that! It was not the typical service call but they figured out the problem, retrieved the part that was needed and had it running again in no time. They went the extra mile and I will definitely be using them for all of my heating, AC, and ventilation needs going forward.
Called and spoke to a nice lady named Tina. She listened patiently while I explained my ac problem. She set me up with an appointment. I couldn't wait for appointment and decided to try and fix myself. Found bad capacitor and they soldmsold the part at a great price. I really appreciate their professional demeanor and honesty. If I have future issues that I am not able to fix i I will surely contact them again. They are very nice people.

My husband always insisted that we call Tim's when we had heating or air conditioning problems. They installed a new system for us years ago & it's still going strong. Any time they came to our home the specialist was always knowledgeable, efficient, professional, & friendly. My husband passed away 7 weeks ago. I thought I needed to have someone to check out our unit & I knew that Tim's was the place to call. I told them I wanted to sign an agreement for a yearly check up. Chad was sent to do the inspection & I am so impressed with the way he represented his company . He found a couple of major things that needed to be addressed. He carefully explained what needed to be done & showed me why. He didn't treat me like a less than intelligent female. He even showed me how to install a new filter. My husband always took care of things like that & I felt like I needed a little guidance to make sure I knew exactly what to do. I couldn't have asked for anyone better to do the job! Tim's HVAC will always get an excellent recommendation from me because of the excellent specialists they have, such as Chad!
