I drop off at least five packages weekly. I enjoy Sherri, she has excellent knowledge of the system. She is friendly and I really enjoy speaking with her. She just makes me feel like what I'm shipping will be taken care of, and I appreciate that.

Package delivery has gotten worse. Latest incident, my online tracking information said package was delivered and left in my mailbox. It wasn't. Almost impossible to get someone to help via telephone or in person. I realize that a lot of this is happening because of Trump gutting the Post Office, but the people need to demand better service and if that means a new president, so be it.

Who ever does the mailing in Creekside does not know what they are doing at all ! The other day they left the main door open and someone could of came and took everyone’s mail , packages etc plus I never received my box either and today my other box went to a neighbor down the street , This happens all the time! Some times I never get my packages at all ! Something wrong here ! And talking to them in the post office does nothing ! So sick of it!

On two separate occasions, instead of receiving packages that we ordered, we received a pink slip saying they attempted, but were unable to deliver. On both occasions, either myself or my boyfriend were present in the home the entire day. The second occasion, the packages in question were very important, and now I am not able to get them until Tuesday (my day off). It's currently Saturday. No one came to the door. There was absolutely no attempt to deliver the packages, and that is utterly unacceptable. What is the point of paying for shipment of a package, when they are never delivered? This lack of service is shameful. I will most definitely be making mention of this when I pick up my packages on Tuesday.
