I can’t express enough thanks to the people that represent Burgess and Harper. I know it’s their job to take care of your loved ones and treat you with compassion but this company go above and beyond for its customers. I have used them for both my mom and my dad and they go out of their way to accommodate you. Between Jill, Vicky and Andy, they have made the most painful experiences bearable. The service they provide is carried out with a professionalism and ensures our loved ones leave this world with dignity and respect to the very end. I come from a large family who used another funeral director for over 100 years. I can confirm that the service level received from burgess and Harper is far superior to any other I have experienced. Absolutely wonderful people. They took care of my Mom’s funeral arrangements in January this year (2020) You don’t have to worry about what to do next, their advice and guidance is so reassuring. Shelia May Wedge I have been asked to post this review for my friend Teresa whose mother Shelia sadly passed recently. From the moment Burgess and Harper were contacted they were nothing but professional, courteous and understanding of the loss. Vicky Goodall and Andy Foster were the only contacts but both went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. They looked after Shelia whilst she was in their care and made sure that everything went smoothly on the day of the funeral. Teresa would like to express heartfelt thanks and gratitude for all their help, care and understanding at such a difficult time.
