I called Basement Pumps a few days ago to deal with flooding in my mum's cellar. Rick arrived as arranged this morning with his 2 colleagues. They very efficiently fixed the sump pump that had stopped working and offered a solution regarding the discharge of the water outside. They explained what had gone wrong with the pump we were using and set it up to work more effectively. I was very pleased with the service, they didn't try to sell us a new pump that wasn't as yet needed. Rick has offered to return as necessary if we have any further problems. My mum is pleased because her cellar is now not filled with water. Thank you Basement Pumps.
