We found this company is very good in home cleaning. We found the staff was well dressed and good maner. We get their job every two week from last 3 years. I recomend to good busy people to think how good this compay is? Best Regard Ash
Do not use this company. First I paid for 2 ladies to come for 9am and only 1 showed at 9:25am. Very very bad first impression of the company. I called the owner and she explained there was a mixed up in scheduling and someone can come another day. I was not happy as she called the night before and confired that 2 ladies will be there at 9am so in less then 12 hours a mix up was made. Next the first girl that showed up left at 11:20. Let me state that I paid for 2 cleaners for 2.5 hours. So that means the first left in under 2 hours. The 2nd showed up at 10:20am. I asked if she can clean light fixtures and was informed no (was not informed this on the phone). I went and looked in the bathroom I asked to be cleaned very well by the 1st cleaner and there was still toothpaste in the sink and soap scum in the stand up shower and cob webs in the corner. I then had to get the 2nd lady in the to redo it. I asked for the shutters to be Cleaned and they were only done on one side. I personally had to do the other side and wipe down the cobwebs. The list goes on and on. I ended up leaving and I am not sure when the 2 lady left I was so upset with wasting my money. But when the 2nd lady came in my home she did say she had to leave early to go to Burlington and be there by 1. I don't care where you have to be next I care that you are giving my home your attention while you are here on my dime. Needless to say I will never recommend or use this company again.
Bought a groupon to try out this company. The lady was 10 minutes late showing up and left 30 min early (I paid for 2.5 hours!). She promised to come back the same week to finish the job but I didn't hear anything from her. The cleaner was unprofessional, talking bad about the owner and actually told me that the owner told her if she was finished early to just leave...even though I paid for 2.5 hours! Basically...she left, didn't finish...and never came back as promised!
By far one of the WORST cleanign companies I've used. The gentleman who answered the phone was rude. The service was late, and did a fairly weak job. I shouldn't have to pass the vacum after a cleaning company comes.
