It's your typical metrolinx station. Virtually inaccessible to pedestrians, parking lot is jammed to the gills on weekdays, single-person bathrooms that are beyond shabby, bleak concrete tunnels, and information boards so sparse you would think that they don't want you to know when the next train is coming. The only good thing about this station is the staff, they're pretty good.

Great train station, regular go trains to union station (Toronto) and lots of parking. Buses can link you to Niagara and Hamilton.

Fantastic place. Coffee shop and everything else sold there is just sweet. Excellent all round customer service.

I dropped the kids off at the station. I was coming from Hamilton on the 403 and took the Waterdown exit. As you pass the stop light there is a slight bend in the road. Not seeing the sign that is right there at the light when you turn, I turned, dropped the kids off and left. A security guard pulled myself over and 2 other vehicles in a 5 minute span. That turn cost us each 180 fine. Buses only. I would think there would be more advanced notice of not being allowed to turn with a fine of that amount. I called GO Transit to try and fight the ticket, no one returned my call. Sent emails, never heard anything back. Had no other choice but to pay the fine. Quite the set up they have going on there. Obviously it happens enough that they have a truck with 2 guys sitting in it just waiting to fine people. Perhaps you people need to put up a few more signs to give people enough notice not to turn there!
