My poor grandmother was taken advantage of. They installed her front doors, which were very expensive. They painted her inserts a completely different color than the rest of the door and did not properly stain it, causing damage. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, they did not return our calls despite trying repeatedly. Did not get any compensation at all nor any follow up to get it corrected. I have documented voicemails, fax, etc of correspondence with no reply. It is hard to believe they are still in business. Do not recommend. Stay away at all costs.
