Love this pet store. The owner and staff are a joy, my first time in many years ago they explained everything in detail to get me started, and they've been friendly and helpful every time. The quality of the product and variety of serving size options compared to other raw food stores that sell tubs of meat, is awesome for our medium size allergic dog. Strongly recommend!

Just really nice people. Knowledgeable and friendly. If you are new to raw for your pet or a seasoned vet you can always learn something new or have a friendly Convo. I like the big packs of Raw Performance meats for my guy.

Staff are very knowledgeable. We were a little unsure about how to give raw bones to our dog but the owner was more than happy to help out. Treated me and my dog very well. Love this store, the business, and the raw food diet for my dog.

This was the closest store to us to purchase Big Country Raw for our new puppy. Though the attitude of staff always seemed a little superior, the store was convenient. We won’t be back however after discovering that complacency and lack of customer service allowed some of our purchases not to be documented in the frequent buyer program despite noting to the staff each time we made a purchase that we were registered for it. When this was brought to their attention at our last purchase it was tossed off as not their problem. These programs are funded by the food supplier and not the store. If you present them as available to your customers then manage them properly.
