Every single service offered is fabulous and very reasonably priced! The owners and staff are professional and everything is kept clean with that needed extra attention during these times. I have been a client since the beginning and so happy they've had the chance to expand! Thank you, Nick, Katie, etc.

Groupon including pedicure, reflexology and massage. Friendly, eager to please staff in a nail salon attempting to create a spa atmosphere. Not worth the extra for eflexology\ and shoulder rub. I'll stick with my 25 pedicure at my local nail salon. Treatments given in backroom with 2 armchairs (no massage chairs) and a manicure station in corner. Had treatments at same time as another lady. The technicians' constant chatting was distracting and, because they didn't do pedicures at same time, they couldn't turn off lights for relaxing reflexology and massage. To create a more tranquil spa-like atmosphere, suggest installing dimmer switches and/or using lamps, have technicians do services in same order and minimize the conversation. Serve biscuits or dark chocolate with tea (not candy).

Had one hour reflexology with Hui. It felt wonderful, everyone was very professional, and everything was very clean. I will definitely be going back. Hui had great pressure and checked in with me often about the pressure and technique. I loved having my lower legs and feet attended to. It's the first time I've had reflexology and won't be my last.

I am VERY impressed by the back massage I received from Be Pampered. I recently got health benefits from my work and decided to put them into use since I've had a terrible knot in my back for weeks. I have been to many massage places in Burlington and all over the GTA and even in other countries. This is by and far the best deep tissue massage I've ever had. I felt like a new man leaving the spa! I cannot stress enough that if you like deep tissue massage and reflexology, this is the best spot for it in Burlington. They found a return customer in me!
