Truly a place for your mind, body, & soul! A friend introduced me to yoga when visiting her & Bear Foot has been a perfect fit to continue. It has added some much peace, wellness, and friendships to my life! Love this place and love Megan! The workshops she offers also a great enhancement to my growing practice. An awesome addition to Burlington!!!
