A year ago I painfully limped into Bioped Burlington and was warmly greeted by Tanya...she made me feel welcome and introduced me to Michelle... I was in so much pain in my foot...Michelle hand made me inserts and I immediately started to feel relief...my injury was going to take many months to heal and the staff was absolutely terrific and continued to help me...enter Richard...we met and Richard reviewed my injury, my progress, recommended some new foot wear and has continued to assist me through my injury...he has been excellent! I cannot say enough about the staff, their knowledge, friendliness and above all concern about my well being... I am so pleased that I made the phone call to Bioped...one year later I am pain free and now on a routine follow up with Richard... Do not hesitate to call Bioped for your foot and leg pain...you will be glad you did...Sincerely Bob Elliott

I needed some new orthotics and BioPed Burlington was recommended to me from a friend. The staff there were professional, knowledgeable and great to work with. When I first call to inquire, Tanya explained in detail how the process worked. Richard was very thorough, taking his time examining my gait. He explained the options I had and what I could expect with the new orthotics. He provided the details on the materials and how the orthotics are made. Tanya followed up with me a few weeks after to make sure I was good with the new orthotics and if I had any concerns or questions. Which I do not. I highly recommend them.
