My wife and I took Michelle's birth preparation course and have nothing but great things to say about it! Michelle came very well prepared for each of the four sessions that we had and was able to tailor the course to all of our concerns and questions as needed. She had a ton of different information to offer and even sent out additional resources throughout the week for us to learn from. She really helped to calm our nerves about becoming new parents and gave us a variety of different approaches for before and during labour, as well as as caring for our newborn after the birth. I would highly recommend her course to anyone!
