Friendly, but slow service. There was only one staff on the floor servicing all customers. The entrance is in a visual dead spot from the staff. The staff said the individual Tuscan pizza was 10 on Wednesday. On the bill, I was charged 12. I went back to ask her, and she said she was wrong, the menu changed. This price is very steep for individual pizzas. Family owned pizza shops can sell you a large pizza with 3 toppings for the same price. I ordered 2 individual pizzas. Mediterranean and Tuscan pizzas were both very salty. The Mediterranean pizza was so salty that my taste buds were overwhelmed. Other flavors from the pizza toppings were muted because there was too much salt. If every pizza from Boston Pizza taste like this, this restaurant should not be in business. This was my first visit to the Boston Pizza food chain. I did not find a justifiable reason to pay 30 for 2 individual pizzas. For this price, I expected the food and the service to be exceptional. However, I am greatly disappointed.

Place is amazing and i had a really custom order cause of my food issues and the girl helped me and made me the best dinner in town. This is going to be my all time dinner stop just because of that employee- thankyou for making my best customized Pasta
