Given below pictures shows older post (price will start from Low 400’s) where new latest email states(2nd picture) price starts from mid 400’s. Let me help you a bit,, there is a chapter about “Misguiding offers” in real estate course and examination. You might need to go through with that. Stop cheating buyers. Shame on you , even during pandemic how could you increase the prices?
