From my 1st call to the signing of my lease, I dealt with professional staff who were very helpful and quick with answering all of my questions. Would definitely recommend. The apartment is clean and updated and the location is awesome!!
We have always been treated with respect and care! I enjoy living here and I am grateful for the wonderful location. We have always been given adequate notice about entry into our space. Always clean and I love the little notices about what is going on here Burlington.

DO NOT RENT FROM CLV GROUP!!!! CLV Group is the least professional property management group I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I am a good tenant, and I have never had an issue anywhere else I have rented. Their communication is the most disorganized I have ever dealt with. They never provided a rent increase notice last year, and despite admitting that it was not sent several times, every new person I talk to insists I owe rent on an increase for which I was NEVER provided notice. They illegal overdrew from my account when they were set up with direct deposit for rent payments, which I had to dispute with my bank. They routinely do not answer the phone and take weeks to answer simple questions. When they do answer, their responses are incomplete at best and generally nonsensical. If you enjoy trying to make sense out of nonsense and having never ending arguments about parking, if you enjoy having money withdrawn from your account illegally, and if you enjoy having changes implemented with literally no notice, then you should definitely live here. Otherwise, you should stay as far away from any CLV building as you can. Were it not for rent control I would have left long long ago.
