Phoned the night before for a 4:30 am pickup for a 6:30 am flight. No car by 4:45. Called twice, no answer. Finally picked up on 3rd call said they were 5 min away. Driver called 10 min later and said he was 20 min away said the guy probably fell asleep. Canceled they car and drove myself. Won't be using these guys again anytime soon.

Vick told me three different times that he would email me a confirmation but he never did. I had to find out from the driver, Roger, at 3am that I had to pay for the return trip up front. Vick said there would be plenty of room for 6 people, a stroller, a wheelchair, and all our bags in the Yukon XL but there wasn't. Vick also said that he would send me a photo of the toddler car seat in the vehicle and he never did. The car seat was filthy and extremely loose. I was also irritated that we didn't take the 407 to get to the airport but instead took Highway 5 so that we could spend as much time as possible in the cramped vehicle that reeked of cigarette smoke. The only reason this isn't a one star is that Roger had a relatively pleasant demeanor and seemed mostly willing to help. Do not use this company if you care about your kids. SkyPark or Park 'n Fly next time for sure.
