I had mild pain in my right leg for several years that became severe as I began walking extended walks on the Bruce trail. The pain was ever-present, affecting my sleep and having a negative impact on my way of life. I had massages, saw a chiropractor and did an extraordinary amount of stretches (not at this clinic). All of this provided temporary relief at best. I went to see Zach, who, inside of 1 month completely cured the problem. Further, Zach is not revenue hunting but in it for the client...he indicated there was no reason to continue seeing him unless symptoms reappeared. Honestly I never thought this would go away until I saw Zach

Dr. Ashley Worobec is the best! Always quick to find the root problem of an injury and just as quick to make a realistic action plan to get my injury/injuries repaired so I’m good to go back to work doing physical activities much sooner than expected!! While working in construction I need my body to be ready to work. Highly recommend her and her colleagues at Burlington Sport and Spine!!

I've been doing physio with Tess for over a month now and it helped with a few of my issues. She does great manual work and gives carefully selected exercises that target a specific problem. Let's be honest - noone likes to do these exercises, but she somehow makes me accountable which is a bonus. I was very pleasantly surprised with the level of care I received and expertise shown with neurological, muscle and Achilles problems. Just started taking my pre-teen son to her as well in hopes she will make him do his exercises, which would be just magical! Tess is great with kids too. I recommend without reservation.

Didn't know where to go or what to do when I had a pinched nerve in my neck. I started off with a massage here as it was the soonest appointment I could get in the area at the time. It was then recommended to see Dr. Dave for chiro and soon after I started physio with Emma. within a month of my first visit I was really noticing improvements and two months later I am feeling like myself again. Getting that first initial massage here by chance was the best thing that could have happened.
