The services I received at this clinic were great across numerous personnel. I had a sudden back injury and Rachel was professional and able to get me scheduled for assessment the next business day, as well as other services the following week. She went above and beyond in notifying me extremely quickly about a last minute cancellation to get me in for treatment sooner as well. This greatly helped with a speedy recovery and minimized downtime off work. Would recommend this clinic.

What a great team of people to work with. I learned a lot from each member who assisted in my rehabilitation. Everyone was encouraging and gave me a little nudge when I needed it. I never thought I would accomplish what I did to feel better and learn self-care. Thank you!
Reception at this office has had little to no training based on my experience. I called to book an appointment and was given a date in a week's time. I asked if they discount people with out an insurance plan or with little insurance. I was told they would let me know when I showed up for my appointment. I arrived early for my appointment and was told sorry we didn't book you by mistake. So there is no one to assess you. You will have to come back another time sorry. I was given another date 5 days later. Again I asked about a discount and was told reception would email the Office Manager and get that info for me. I returned for my first appointment but they still didn't have an answer for me about discounted rates which they did offer in the past. I have been there a number of times over 12 years. I had my assessment and was given an exercise plan and was booked a return date. I was told they would call me with an answer about discounts. I received no call that week. When I returned 5 days later I was told they don't offer any discounts and at that point I had to walk away and find a new supplier of physio. The assessment and first date was wasted as the physio plan couldn't be continued. There are places in the area that do offer the same service for half the price if you are paying out of your pocket so shop around if you don't have insurance or minimal insurance coverage. Who ever is running this place is doing a lousy job not training staff but the Physio therapists are excellent if you have the patience and insurance. Good luck

CBI and all there staff have been amazing throughout my treatment, I can't say enough about the level/quality of care that I have been receiving. Even through this pandemic that the world has faced they have been very professional and on top of all my treatments, there have been a change over in staff due to the pandemic and layoffs but each one has always been well informed on my condition and treatment plan prior to meeting with me and has made me feel very comfortable moving forward. I also have to send a big Kudo's to Rachel Feist for the amazing work she puts into all of her clients, she's very professional and caring with every client she see's
After a serious car accident, I was referred to CBI Burlington for my treatment program,. The staff and program have all been amazing from Day 1. From helping with paperwork and putting me on a progressive treatment program to making me feel like I will get my life back to normal again. Seven weeks later, I feel that I am well on the road to a complete recovery. My Physiotherapist Jennifer, is fantastic and really listens and offers many options to try and see which one works best! CBI Appleby has a great atmosphere. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and the level of comprehensive care cannot be beat. I highly recommend them to help with any rehabilitation needs.
Dr. Gill is careful and thorough with his chiropractic examination and believes in a multifaceted approach to care. He is careful with his manipulations. He works closely with an excellent team of physiotherapists. The facility is spotlessly clean and well equipped. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
