Although quite empty due to the pandemic restrictions....food was great ! Best deals from burgers to steaks ! Great quality too !

Chucks is a great place to go for good hot food. You cant beat a 6 burger combo anywhere you go plus the burger is actually really good! You can get a 12 full rack of ribs and fries on wednesdays which is awesome! Really love this place for weekday eating out its 100x better then a fast food place. I've been to the St.Catherines, Hamilton and Burlington locations and I like that they are always consistent. Service is friendly however it is always busy. Plus half price apps after 9pm Every Night!!
I wanna give a 5 star on the food, but a 3 star for the waiter I had. I have been there in the past and had a good waitress and great food! We will be back again hoping to not have to ask for condiment and a refill.
The servers were really friendly and helpful despite the restaurant being obviously very understaffed - it took a while for our server to get back to us each time we ordered or needed anything. Maybe schedule a couple more servers to make everyone's life easier. I paid 6 for a burger combo and I got a burger combo that was worth 6. Great fries, fresh bun, and a flavourless overcooked hockey puck of a patty that you'd expect to see at a frosh week kegger that you paid only 5 to get into. Still cheaper than McDonalds which is great for a sit-down place. Pints were ice cold and dirt cheap, a great combo, and tons of TVs to watch the game. Good place, you get what you pay for.
Checked out Chucks on opening day, it was quite busy and the bar was the only space for seating which was fine. The staff was friendly but there were some kinks to work out as it seemed the wait staff was a little slow. The prices were reasonable and it’s a large menu. The food was ok but the ribs were overdone, mozzarella sticks were good, spinach dip pitta’s were overdone and side salad is tiny! Good decor and atmosphere, great for watching games.
