Amazing. I was hoping for the delivery to arrive in time for a specific day and Lily re-arranged her schedule to fit in my delivery (it's those little touches that make for the best customer service). Great value for money and provided a really fun way to pass the quarantine time. 10/10 recommend!!!!

Now that Christmas is over and presents are opened I would like to take the opportunity to thank Lily and Monique for their tremendous support, help, ideas, and FANTASTIC penmanship as well as compassion and patience as I brought one daughter-in-law to make a coffee mug for herself, a bone for her dog. We brought our young granddaughter to make a very special Rudolph plate for her Mom and Dad as well as a bone for her fur sister. All of the gifts were enjoyed and will be cherished for years to come. We all had an amazing experience and I know that we will return. All the very best for 2020. J. Martin
