Shannon is the best massage therapist I have ever had (that is a lot of RMT’s)! She listens to what you need and she massages accordingly. If you have injury related aches and pains, she will focus on that with great results! Highly recommend!

Always a perfect massage, never painful but always firm enough and acutely aware of tension and knots without even having to tell her. I would not hesitate to recommend her to any of my family and friends.
