Great service from the staff and great experience. Desi Mandi had all the products I was looking for and had great selection of Indian Pakistani and Arabic products. Had fresh food offerings as well. Very fresh halal meat section as well - fresh chicken, goat, lamb, beef, and veal!

Lots of Indian food products and spices, with fresh food service. Prices were reasonable. I will definitely need to further educate myself on Indian cuisines and visit again.
Great big location with ample parking and ample space within the store. This is the Desi store to go to if you need anything. No need to drive down Brampton or Mississauga. The only drawback is Meat is halal only, something they should rethink. Prices seems to be at par with other Indian stores but sometimes Walmart and Freshco have better prices for most Indian grocery compared to prices here.
I was happy to visit Desi Mandi in Burlington, On. Best place for Indian grocery, with many varieties of products. This stirs is clan and neat with plenty of space. Employees are polite, with friendly atmosphere. Owner is awesome. I did try Hunger’s choice Namkeen it’s so delicious and yummy I personally recommend Hunger’s choice please try these Namkeen or Indian snacks they are healthy, it’s made in rice barn oil.
Gone are the days of lacklustre, sad looking items & the lack of effort (and smiles) on the part of other Indian Grocery Store owners. All the items in store are easily available at other similar stores in the GTA. What sets Desi Mandi apart is with superior customer service and staff that are genuinely happy to welcome you. During our time there, I witnessed the owner interacting pleasantly with guests, running around to lend a hand in busy areas and constantly monitoring aisles to keep them well stocked. Desi Mandi is the "Fortinos" or "Farm Boy" of Indian Grocery stores that provides superior customer service. Please keep that up, even as the business levels continue to improve.
Modern, neat, clean well organized and a wide variety of goods available. Hot meals are delicious and reasonably priced. Meat selection is great with several pre-marinated options included. Staff are friendly, atmosphere is really great and enough space in each aisle. No need to drive to Brampton anymore, great addition to the community. This is my new favourite store!
Finally......a great Eastern style grocery store for all your spices, pulses, cereals, snacks, fruits and veggies, butchery with fresh marinated meats for the BBQ, takeout Indian food both veg and non veg and sweets! Great customer service, polite and helpful staff! I was very impressed and bought a whole lot of good fresh ingredients and yummy takeout for supper
Visited on Saturday and felt really amazed with the great selection of Indian groceries and foods, which speaks of the uncompromising effort put into by the team. Spacious design gives more comfort shopping through the aisles. I was surprised to see them serve fresh prepared food, dosa and sweets. Will be going back soon.
