I absolutely love this place! Exhale opened during the pandemic and they have been absolutely wonderful throughout. The pivot well between the lockdowns moving to online, having workshops and staying connected. Their in studio Reformer classes are amazing, I particularly enjoy a challenging athletic class and then a good the amazing relaxing stretch class afterwards. I can’t say enough good things, class sizes are small. Studio is incredibly clean just wonderful overall!

Exhale is SO welcoming! I cannot say enough good things about this studio. As someone who had never tried reformer pilates before, I was definitely nervous to look silly! I booked a Private class with Val to start, and she was fantastic at walking me through everything, now that I've done a few group classes, I started trying other teachers like Anna and have been so impressed with everyone's knowledge and helpful manner. I really love how intimate the studio is, I find with having just 6 people per class I still feel like I'm getting one on one attention and getting the most out of my workout! They have also been fantastic at offering online classes during the lockdowns. I can't wait for the studio to open again but will enjoy the online membership until then!
