Fantastic and courteous service. I have been seeing Dr. Lee for several years now and she is very professional and thorough with her testing and explanations. Great selection of frames, friendly staff, I always enjoy my visit! Dr. Lee is hands down the nicest optometrist I've ever been to! Dr. Lee was very reassuring and thorough in addressing the troubles I was having with my eyes. I've never had the same kind of care given to my eyes before and I've worn glasses since I was 12. Dr. Lee and her staff were welcoming and professional. I wasn't sure what to expect during this time but the staff explained very well what to expect during my visit and was very diligent in safety protocols. The space was clean and comfortable. I will definitely visit again. I highly recommend Dr. Lee and Eyefocus!
Great doctor and modern facility! I have seen Dr. Lee for several years and she is very knowledgeable and thorough when checking my eyes. Anytime my eyes have bothered me, the staff have always accommodated to fit me in and Dr. Lee goes above and beyond to ensure I get complete and proper care. Eye Focus has the top equipment and I've always felt taken care of and valued as a patient. Both my wife and I are patients at Eye Focus and we are both very happy. Dr. Lee and the staff at Eye Focus are very friendly and knowledgeable. They really look after their patients in a kind and professional manner. We never feel rushed and we enjoy our visits. They have a great selection of glasses, it can be hard to choose! I would recommend Dr. Lee to anyone that is looking for an optometrist.
My family and I have seen Dr. Lee for several years now and she is wonderful! She is thorough, knowledgeable and listens to what my issues are to ensure my concerns are resolved. We just had our visit and a great experience as always. I appreciate the time she spends to explain the different procedures and findings of the exam. Its nice to have a health care professional who goes the extra mile. She must take very good notes as she remembers details of our conversation from my previous visit 2 yrs ago! She genuinely cares about her patients and a truly kind person. The staff are wonderful too! Professional and friendly service, keeping the patients well-being at the forefront. I first came across Dr. Lee in an article talking about her volunteer work in under privileged countries. I was driving along and stumbled upon Eye focus and delighted to find her here! I had such a thorough eye exam. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her work. She took the time to explain everything from eye health to eye glasses, she even helped me pick out a new frame! Dr. Lee and her staff are very thorough and ensures their clients have a great experience and are satisfied. Very delightful experience.
Excellent on time service. I was impressed right off the bat by the clean and modern look of the office and equipment. Incredibly friendly and professional reception and doctor which showed their level of passion and commitment to what they do. Dr. Lee is very patient and thorough throughout the exam and took the time to answer all my questions. I never felt rushed like I have in some other healthcare practices. I also liked the selection of glasses...a lot of variety and options to choose from! I would definitely recommend!
Wonderful customer service and wide selection of glasses. I had my eye exam with Dr. Lee and she is super friendly and very informative. She explains things well and answered all my questions without hesitation where I felt comfortable and genuinely cared for. They have a great selection of glasses to choose from, they even have their own brand of frames! I love my new glasses and have gotten so many compliments on them! Very professional service. I was able to make an appointment, see the doctor and pick up my new glasses all within a 1 week period, incredible experience.
I have been Dr. Karen Lees patient for a few years now. She always has positive attitude, is professional, and very knowledgeable. She always takes the time talk to you and answer your questions. I have also had my children see her and she and amazing with them. I would highly recommend her!!
