First ever visit , at Appleby Crossing Burlington location. Good quality overall, fully presented sandwich. Plenty of meat but can’t see the composition taking place, so can’t ask for extra stuff (ie. this or that veggie, sauce) during the process. Lots of choice for toppings initially but would be nice to watch the build, as in Subway or Mr. Sub, etc. The side pickle slice is awesome! Likewise, nobody asked if I wanted a toasted bun. Maybe it was part of my sub choice (that it comes toasted) but I didn’t see it. Loved the biodegradable box packaging, makes it easy to handle on the go. Nice, clean store that is well staffed, so not a long wait. The only “complaint” if that is fair to say, they are overpriced. IMHO. Can’t justify 12 for a sub. Likewise, a large fountain drink is 3.09??!!!! Maybe it’s not surprising that you can’t find the prices online before you place an order(?). Overall rating I would give is more accurately 3.5 * but giving them benefit of doubt. Happy munching!

Excellent subs!! Great variety and the service was great. The prices are higher than your standard sub place but they are so much better! The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing they need to change is the wrapped pickle slices, was a mess to get out of the little bags and was soggy.
The absolute best subs man. I wish they were In downtown Toronto where I live cause I can only Go when. I’m in Burlington screw subway firehouse got massive portions, fresh ingredients, and a comfortable place to chill and eat (which is rare for a fast food place)
Not sure why I haven't heard of this place or seen it anywhere saw it on uber and gave it a try. Maybe they need a better marketing team but the subs are amazing. Absolutely amazing
It's not just another Subs place! Have had Firehouse Subs before but now I was pleased to find out there is one Firehouse Sub that opened locally. Food is excellent!!! And so is the service. As far a food is concerned, there are waaay too many mouth watering choices. Definitely a place to stop by.
