Functional Strength is a terrific place to workout whether you’re a beginner or already experienced. It’s a judgement free zone, all the members and trainers are welcoming and always willing to give a helping hand! The owner Travis looks out for every person at the gym and is very knowledgeable at different facets of fitness. Over my two years training here, I’ve grown stronger physically and mentally as well. I’ll be on hiatus for some personal reasons, but I’m already itching to get back to training here. If I could give this place 10 stars I would!

Joined their 6 week summer program and it's been great so far. The program focuses on functional strength through circuit training and compound exercises. All the trainers are knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend this program for anyone looking to get in shape before summer through an engaging and fun group program.
