I came upon Gayle Hutchings via a reference from the Oakville Historical Society. I was looking for recommendations for someone to frame two old family documents from 1798 and 1902. I was nervous about the preservation of these delicate heirlooms, and wanted to be sure they would be properly protected for family generations to come. To say that I came to the exact right person, is an understatement. Gayle was amazing! She was such a lovely and congenial person to work with, and provided excellent advice and suggestions to me especially related to preservation. She sought to understand what my vision was, and her attention to detail on the project showed through in both the biggest and smallest elements. The final products were beautiful and I was so pleased with how they turned out. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend Gayle. She is a perfectionist and a master at her craft, and I look forward to working with her again in the future.

I have been working with Gayle for the past 4 years. She is a pleasure to work with - incredibly detail oriented and creative. I know very little about framing and art, but she is so knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. She has worked on numerous projects for the company I work for. She has done some basic framing projects as well as other in depth creative projects - such as a framed cell phone evolution of our company phones collected over the past 20 years. The picture attached unfortunately doesn't quite do justice of how beautiful and unique the piece was!

Framing is very important as it can make or break a piece of art. Gayle saved a silk screening that was improperly framed previously, she made a shadowbox for a nostalgic handcrafted hanging and always provided guidance and different options for each piece of art to be framed.
