Green heat was quick to take my phone call and did a in person inspection the following day. We scheduled the heat treatment and it took around 8 hours from set up to finish. Its been about four months now and i have had no bed bug issues at all. Strongly recommend.

I called this company to deal with an issue of bed bugs, they were on time, responsive, and quick to help and most of all the pricing was fair! Since the extermination I haven't had any issues. The best part is there was no chemicals used, and no damage to any belongings. Recommend the service!

He was super helpful and understanding through the whole process and quick to help me set an appointment and to answer any questions consistently. Boss K9 inspection gave us multiple inaccurate positive indications of bed bugs at a house heat treated by Matus & Green Heat. While we initially believed the heat treatment had failed, Eviction Pest Control helped us to determine that our house was still bed bug free, even 6 months after ONE heat treatment done by Matus. He provided friendly service on the day of service and gave us updates throughout the process. He did a very thorough job in fixing the problem, and I hope he is able to help others likewise deal with their bed bug problem all in one go. Thank you Matus, and I apologize to anyone mislead by my initial incorrect review.
Excellent customer service. Since my heat treatment, I have slept in bliss!!! I got pests and needed quick treatment to eliminate the issue before it took hold. Accommodating schedule and professional service. Very pleased with the entire process and would highly recommend!
My husband and I were devastated when we learned our building had bed bugs. We called Green Heat right away and spoke to Matus. He was so friendly right from the start of the call. He educated us on the mobile heat treatment and we didn't waste any time booking him. Come moving day he showed up promptly with his heat treating trailer and greeted me with the biggest smile. He went above and beyond the call of duty not only helping to fill up the trailer but unloading the next day, which wasn't something he had to do. Not one item got damaged either during the treating or during the delivery of the trailer to our new address. I am happy to say we are bed bug free and are finally sleeping well. Thank you Matus and Green Heat for saving our furniture and sanity. You are the best!
