It must have gone way downhill from when I moved out. I lived there about 7/8 years ago w no issue w bugs or anything else. No idea about the parking garage, my spot was outside. I enjoyed my time here, if I hadn't of gotten laid off from work back then I probably would have stayed.

Apartments are good but management is terrible. If you have a problem get ready to wait a year for anything to get done. Oh an not to mention terrible quality of work done, when things get done...i dont recommend moving here.
I don’t actually live here. I called to book a viewing about a month ago and haven’t received a reply. After reading the other reviews I have come to the conclusion that there is a good chance the landlords could also be cockroaches who are unable to operate cell phones. If my theory is correct this building could be the epicentre of the cockroach uprising. The place in which they plan to launch their bid for global domination over the human race. In conclusion, birds aren’t real, there ain’t no globe earth and the moon is a hologram. Wake up sheeple.
DO NOT RENT HERE - had planned on renting a unit here and had our moving truck packed and ready to unload.. only to discover that the unit was far from the unit we were shown.. immediately noticed cockroaches, doors falling off their hinges, and floorboard heaters completely broken. With all of my wife and I's property in a moving truck, we were forced into an incredibly tough decision - we elected to take our property and leave (as the unit was un-inhabitable.) Thankfully, Hazelview allowed us to exit our rental contract, but we had to take on the moving costs and find/secure storage for our property as well as living arrangements while we look for a new apartment.. I cannot express enough how stressful attempting to rent from this company has been on me and my family - emotionally, and financially.
My friend just moved in here. Now he regrets it because he found roaches in the hallway!
