In Your Home Therapy is a lifeline for me. I have had 3 back surgeries and because of my limitations I find that Anton will go out of his way to get someone to look after me who understands my issues and treats me and my needs with a high level of efficiency and care. She found me Joseph Wilson, an RMT and Physiotherapist who takes super care of me and also assists me with exercises that greatly help me with my daily aches and back issues. He is gentle and thorough getting to the areas I need the most help. He is greatly knowledgeable and experienced if it weren’t for help and Anton I do not know how I would daily cope and function. Anton makes it easy for me cause In Your Home Therapy is mobile and comes right to more door. Talk about taking care of your personal needs!! The absolute best therapy you could ever ask for!! Thanks again Anton!!!! Thanks for finding me Joe!!!!

I recently used this service for the first time. My experience with the massage therapist Thomas was great. My husband were very happy with his professionalism and care. I had a physiotherapy assessment with one person and then had care from another. Unfortunately I was unsatisfied with my physio care. It appeared as though the assessor and the second physio had different opinions which caused me to be a little confused. I decided to switch providers all together, which I think is best for my needs. When I let the administrator know that I was switching care, I wasn’t asked for any reasoning behind it. I sent another email with some reasoning, and my response was. Ok I understand thank you. I’m glad you understand But it doesn’t seem like the best customer care in my opinion. Perhaps, I’m sorry you had a bad experience, if you like I can look into another treatment provider? Anyways. I think it’s important to give a reasoning to a decision being made, and for the opposite side to listen and respond.

I've had numerous appointments from In Your Home Therapy and have been incredibly happy with every visit. Paul is a great acupuncturist and Shenese is an amazing massage therapist. They both arrive early with plenty of time to allow for accessing my condo building, setting up the equipment and making sure everything is done properly following protocols. Anton makes it convenient to (re)book appointments, complete covid pre-screening and responds promptly, working around my busy schedule. These services have been life changing and I'm thankful for the reputable team at this company.

I am not one to overly complain and post, especially with the situation. I understand professionalism and respect. I’ve received none of this from Thomas Caves. We all get sick. We all reschedule. When his company opens up at 9am, he didn’t have the respect to connect with us early to cancel the appointment. We were contacted at 1030 stating he was throwing up at 3am. (January 2 2020) - for a 12-2pm appointments. Now I get it, he’s sick. He can’t work. But if there was proper respect with all the covid protocol we have to take, expressing we have children also we’ve made accommodations for. We should have been contacted at 9am sharp. Upon this interaction, Thomas texted me and became heated. We exchanged words and expressed my extreme disappointment with the time of his canceling and his tone. I’ve been offered a reschedule in which we would never have, and he has also texted to tell Me that. Even a discount, but I feel this interaction as been so disgusting from someone who calls themselves a professional and enters your home. Beware.

I've had a number of services with In Your Home Therapy and all the specialist are very knowledgeable and friendly. With it being COVID, they make the process especially easy and do screenings for all patients.
