Cam is one of the most knowledgable people I know when it comes to fitness and health. Ive hired him as a trainer over the past few years and my personal lifestyle results are out of this world. He has been a fantastic inspiration for me and my path in life. Regardless of what you are looking to achieve in the fitness and health field, Cam is the Coach for you. I can honestly say I have never met someone more informative when it comes to supplementation, diet, life advice, muscle or body aches. Cam will always have the information specific to your needs. I thought I knew a thing or two about 'body building' until I met Cam; a library of knowledge for human health. His workouts are higher intensity but fit your level. Since training at Kore I now have much more energy, and my mood has sky rocketed. All around 5 Stars to Kore Lifestyle. Keep up the great work!

Amazingly knowledgeable. Kore lifestyle helped me not only with getting back into shape, but with hip mobility and personal one on one coaching and check ins. Even when I was training on my own I was checked up with almost on a daily to ensure every aspect of my journey to a healthy lifestyle was on point. I honestly do not think there are enough words to positively describe the experience I had with Kore Fitness. Cam is not only professional and extremely knowledgeable, but he is also funny, kind and compassionate and will make you feel super comfortable from the moment you meet him! Not only did he teach me things about nutrition, mobility movements and proper form and technique, but he also taught me a lot about myself and gave me a sense of self confidence that I haven’t felt in years! What I admire most of all about Cam is his passion for learning – he will attend courses, read articles, anything to expand his knowledge base so he can better inform his clients about fitness and nutrition. I worked with Cam for about 8 months, and I can honestly say I learned more in those 8 months than I have in my entire life. I would most definitely recommend Kore Fitness to anyone who is looking to better themselves both physically and mentally. 10/10 from this satisfied customer!

I Have been contemplating for a few years on how to get HEALTHY ...mind , body and soul I worked out like a monster 7 days a week could not see the results I expected. Then I met Cam ...first thing first , true gentleman, fountain of knowledge and he actually cares about his clients. Now the best part his devotion to perfection and form is next to none , really focused on pushing your limits and getting you out of your comfort zone . Regular check in’s on your body recovery and mind set after workouts is amazing. Cam has also created a meal plan which I was struggling before to keep clean ...with just a few suggestions from Cam my food lifestyle has changed and is on track ,even set me on some great probiotic and fish oils . To sum up my experiences ,this young man has proven that ....his knowledge and experiences have put him at the place where he needs to be . I would highly recommend Cam if any one is looking for a natural boost of self confidence and just feeling good. Dale .S

Cam’s an excellent personal trainer! He’s best described in three words: knowledgeable, attentive, and comprehensive. He’s extremely knowledgeable in the latest evidenced-based practice in fitness and conditioning. He’s attentive to safety, and works closely with clients to ensure proper form. And he’s comprehensive in that he works with clients on all aspects of training including fitness, stretching, and diet. Great guy, exceptional trainer—I’d recommend him to anyone.
