I was disappointed. This was my first experience with Laura. My sister gifted me a shirt for Christmas. It didn't fit right so I called the store saying I had my receipt and item with tags still attached. It was 19.99. The lady on the phone assured me I was good to exchange for an item of equal value. Calling was my due diligence. However when I arrived ans sought out an item of exact value, the store manager said the item was now 14.99 and I'd have to pay the difference. Without a wallet, I wasn't able to exchange. It felt awkward that she wasn't able to honour her employees communication with me. As a first timer at Laura, it was a disappointment. It has up'd my level of customer service tho! Customers want to know they are heard, valued and understood. This experience won't compel me back.

Great stores have a return policy of 30 days. Stores in trouble keep your money after 14 days. I learned the hard way after having spent 400.00 at Laura 16 days ago. Never again will I shop here, buyer beware.

Love shopping here! The store is immaculate. The quality of clothes and selection never disappoint me. The staff at this location keeps me coming back year after year. The endless energy they have to help find the perfect dress for a special night. Or how they know, just the right outfit that will complement your assets and hide the flaws. The best is when they are there to help you find the new wardrobe because our bodies change for better or worse. It's the people at this store that reminds you . You are always beautiful! Thank you!!!!

I had to return a jacket and the service that I received was nothing less than excellent. I had the opportunity to deal with the manager on duty at the time , Debbie. She was kind enough to help me find three (3) additional pieces in exchange for the jacket. The fact that it was late in the evening on a Sunday did not prevent her from taking the time to help me find something that I fitted me perfectly and that i felt confident in. i left the store feeling very satisfied. It is such a pleasure to deal with persons like Debbie who actually enjoy their jobs and enjoy engaging with people. She is indeed an asset to her organization. Great job Debbie.

We shopped at Laura at the Mapleview Centre today. The service was absolutely excellent. Our sales associate Cathy provided wonderful service bringing several selections to the fitting room to try on. My wife Linda has always preferred to shop at the Laura location in Burlington because of the excellent quality merchandise as well as the service. Laura is moving to a new location in the mall in September and we plan to frequent the new location often.
