My wife and I booked our son's birthday just prior to the lockdown last year. My wife reached out to them months later for a refund. Was told to "wait until we reopen...". It has been almost a year now and we have not heard anything from them. My son loved this place to run around and play. She posted a review on Google with her frustrations. That was almost a year ago. I understand that the pandemic has affected us all differently, but to hold out a year now with little communication to the people who prepaid only to have their parties cancelled / postponed with out proper communication is not good customer service. We also have not gotten any communication about yearly membership that we had prior to booking his party. I would guess that their re-opening is likely up to a year away at this point. I have seen other reviews indicating the same issue with booked, pre-paid parties where refunds are NOT being process as they are short staffed. It would only take 1 or 2 employees to refund all the pre-booked parties. It is highly likely that the people who booked don't want to keep their booking for when they re-open as priorities have changed.

Awesome! The kids just love it; a nice safe space to play and enjoy themselves. It’s also relaxing for dads too ;). The party rooms (for kids birthdays) are large enough for a small group and small enough to manage for a couple of adults. Birthday party made easy!

Very unprofessional. I paid an advance for my kids b'day party last March which got cancelled because of the COVID shut down. It's been a year and they haven't refunded me this advance. I get an email reply after months asking me to wait patiently until they reopen, completely ignoring my request for a refund. Any place which charges you an advance for a service its doesn't deliver, will refund you. Unfortunately, not the case with this place. I'm not going here ever again.

A really large and spacious indoor playground for kids. The owners truly care about their business and they have worked very hard to keep their dream alive during these trying times. I hope parents are a bit more understanding and help support businesses like these.

I went to little monkeys today with my son and brother. I had known about it from other mom but this was out first time going. It looked amazing online so I was super excited. When we arrived we were quickly greeted by the girl at the front desk. She explained some of the rules we didn't know and cashed us In. We all had corresponding wrist bands that they check when you leave so they can ensure the children's safety. They have a gate at the front door that the front desk monitors so even if you have older children they cannot leave without you. When you first come in they have the locker area and places to sit to put you socks on. When you first enter they have a lot of seating for parents, to the left are the bathrooms and to the right are the party rooms. They have a concession stand with food, drinks and snacks that you can purchase. The toddler area is fantastic! My little guy is 18 months and it was perfect for his age. It's floor is all padded so it's Great if you have crawlers too. The bigger kid area is fantastic. It's HUGE! Tones of slides, things to swing on and climb. They also have a ball room to play soccer. They also have a interactive floor playing area and arcade. Great for all ages! The bathrooms and play areas are very clean. It's worth the money for sure. Im thinking of getting a year's pass since they have them on sale too! I Would definitely recommend to anyone who has little ones who love to have fun. There is definitely something there for all ages. They also have excersaucers and bounce chairs if you have tiny humans.

really overpriced. First of all, I asked for a job here and the owner said he would get back to me which he never did. I went to this place once, and the one employee was kind of rude. You can go somewhere way better than this place and pay 4 times less. disgrace

Great little place for little ones. Little something to do inside for kids upto age 6 or less. I strongly say that its only for upto kids 5 as 6 year kids don't like these things that much anymore and like to have fun in other places or something different. Overall good place and customer service is nice and friendly.

I had my son's second birthday here yesterday and although the place was a lot of fun I had a huge problem with how I was treated. The party was booked from 3:30-6 and by 5 they were harassing us to pay off the balance. Then at 5:50 we were enjoying cake and one of the employees came in and very rudely said we needed to be out of the party room in 10 minutes. Then at 6 employees came into the party room and started taking down the decor and loading up carts with my stuff although you have a 15 minute grave period to clean up and exit the party room. We moved to some tables outside the main area to hand out loot bags and again I was harassed stating I can't have my stuff in this area. After handing out loot bags some of my guest were still playing while others were sitting at the tables and once again we were told to leave or pay an extra 2.95 after spending over 400. I am so disgusted in the way my guest and I were treated. I even offered to pay for an extra half hour so we could be in the party room longer but they refused. It's horrible that they treat customers that way. I don't recommend anyone ever booking a party here as you will feel rushed and get harassed the whole time. They just care about making money. It's really sad and a disgusting business practice. I won't be returning due to the poor treatment.
