Emma O'Donnell is fluent in her craft of practicing Wills and Estates! To get banks to release money without a will is a difficult process to navigate. But in achieving a Certificate of Estate Trustee, I found Emma to be thorough, professional and particularly caring towards me as a client, answering numerous emails about personal problems and tax implications, even doing a search for divorce proof in the Toronto archives. She honored the original legal aid fee and did not charge more than the flat rate fee, although I paid for hourly services. Her training as a short track speed skater shines through in her acuteness and endurance.
