Highly recommend My Floors. Service was excellent! Ronaldo came to our house (safely due to Covid) to sketch out the floor plan, something other places wouldn't do. During the installation, he also came to ensure things were going smoothly. The floor installers were done in one day. Our quote was spot on for our budget and we are very happy with the final product.

The worse experience ever! Do yourself a favor and support someone professional and ethics. They get paid but didn’t finished the work and left our house with open and visible nails on the stairs. Owner (John) is a complete liar. Thanks for all the stress and runaround I had to go through last two months’. Never again. Wish I could leave 0 stars.
I have had a great experience with these guys. They really looked looked after me making sure I got what I wanted on time and in budget. They went above and beyond securing an install date to meet a deadline I had. They are super easy to do business with and cared about what I installed. Install was great too. They also looked after every detail and made sure I was happy with the install. Great price great service I will for sure use them again in a heart beat. Thanks Rinaldo and St John, Neil and team.
We just had our carpet installed, they were quick, professional and courteous. Reynaldo was very helpful in the selection and process and overall the experience was nothing less than spectacular.
The guys working here are great. The prices are very competitive and they go above and beyond to find and supply what you need. We ordered hardwood flooring for our family room and a year later wanted to do the living room in the same wood, only to find it was discontinued. John contacted the supplier for us and was able to find the replacement (which was pretty much the same colour). Will certainly use them again.
