I wanted to get into mountain biking, And was looking for a good place to buy a bike. I found New World Cycle on the web and thought I would give it a try (very glad that I did). When I arrived they brought my bike out to me, and I was able to test ride it to get a better feel of it. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and was a great help. I am extremely satisfied with my new bike and highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a great quality bike.
Fantastic place! I went to the shop looking for new shoes, cleats and helmet, and was assisted by a lad named David. We looked at different options for both shoes and helmets and David was very kind enough to explain to me how things should fit, comfort it is! Also, I never felt pressured to purchase something that is out of my budget. He always had other options ready in case I said that it's out of my reach. I walked out with new gear and a smile on my face because of the service I received. Thanks David! You are a wonderful lad. I will bring my business here from now on.
