I was sold a very well executed pitch from Richard for commercial cleaning. I was told there would be a supervisor on each shift and at least 3-4 cleaners. Our first experience, Richard and another gentleman showed up. Richard left within 5 minutes. As seen on security cameras, the man was left alone and took a paper towel and \touched\ each glass without moving the cloth. Used our swifter to run it on the floor a few times back and forth then left with our garbage bags. When I asked to speak with Richard, he has not able to meet but sent the same rep to come to speak with me. When I asked him how many staff were on hand, he put up four fingers. I asked for my keys back on the spot. You make your own assessment if you want to use this company. I would not.
Job well done! Great customer service, and very accommodating. The time frame to get the job done was narrow, but they worked with us. Our company is well pleased with the quality of work, and we highly recommend Nobility for your cleaning needs.
I had an excellent experience with Nobility. I had a very tight window to get a post reno cleanup done. Richard from planning worked with my schedule and got a crew together to clean the apartment. I would highly recommend.
