if I could give it 0 star then I will do so. The systems broke in this court, the case always been adjourned to another day few months after due to overwhlemed schedules of the judge and systems, even you case could be rearranged to another date first case, it had been put into the queue at lower proprity any time; then I went back to square one again and again. my case has been rescheduled four times in this location; one small claim case in this court place took me over two years. and apparently some judge has discriminations against immigrants and show sympathy to the same color of their own. Could you image a case of sublease tenant who had been in fault with by-law violations record charged by the town of oakville, walked out the rented commercial premises won the case against the landlord because she claimed she still had some assets in the locked units by landlord due to the alarm was triggered after the tenant walked out and told the landlord she terminated the lease on her own. I would recommend never go to this court, the legal systems is so political and messy, unpredictable here. you could not find the justice, at least in my case.
