Great service. Food was exceptional.. The asparagus was over cooked. And the Boomerang margaritas was delicious, but, one of the glasses tasted like, the soap hadn't been rinsed out of it.

Outbacks’s used to be one of my family’s favorite place to eat, but the quality of the food has gone down. Before Covid-19 we ate there from once to three times a month. Now nobody wants food from there. We completely stopped eating from here for months, but I have several gift cards so I thought I’d give them another try. The blooming onion was good. The steak was not seasoned and over cooked. I asked for medium well and it was well- done and dry and tasteless. The salad was barely a handful. I gave 3 stars because my order was ready when I arrived and the person was friendly and courteous.
I showed up 10 minutes after the “scheduled” pick up time for my curbside order, figuring a Saturday night would be busy and I didn’t want to be “that person”. They took my name and said they’d be right back. I waited outside for almost an hour before I flagged someone down to ask about the status of my order. They brought it right out - the time on the ticket was 5 minutes before I arrived, meaning I had waited for 49 minutes just for my food to sit there. Needless to say everything was ice cold at that point (except for my salad which had gotten warm and soggy from being placed underneath the once hot steak). You ever try and eat a cold steak with a plastic knife? Not a great experience.
My husband and I ate here for the first time tonight. We were told the wait was going to be 45 mins, but got seated in about 25, so not too bad. I got a medium rare sirloin steak with broccoli and a loaded baked potato. My husband got the prime rib sandwich with fries. Our meals were amazing. By far the best steak I've ever eaten, and my husband's sandwich was amazing. Our sides were just as good as the entrees. For dessert, we ordered the new York style cheesecake with raspberry sauce. We got a cheesecake, but with strawberries on it instead. We decided to just eat it anyways, but quickly realized that the strawberries were old and sour. We let the waiter know, who got the manager. Once we let her know what was wrong, she quickly brought us a cheesecake with raspberry sauce to take with us. Minor inconvenience, but handled promptly and politely. Couldn't have asked for a better first experience. Would definitely recommend eating here.
We had the best service with Paul! He was great, super friendly and a great server! I definitely recommend coming here!
