Never will I ever take my dog, or let anyone I know take their dog's here! Worst experience! And my dog seems to be traumatized by it! I brought my super friendly and hyper cockapoo here for a groom. I asked for a trim to contain his fluffiness. He did have some mattes on his tummy and under his arm, but nothing that would require them to shave him. I go to pick him up, he is completely shaved. EVEN HIS FACE! He doesn't even look like my dog! He was shaking, and crying and his skin was all red. The groomer said he even bit her! My dog has never bit anyone before EVER!! He is normally the friendliest and happiest dog. Ever since taking him here, he is a different dog. Whenever I go to play wrestle with him (Our favorite game!) he now cowers away like he thinks he will be hit. He crys all the time and doesn't want to play. He just sleeps in the corner and cuddles all the time. Something he NEVER did before. So not only did they butcher his groom. He looks ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Everyone who sees him is in shock because of how bad he looks. But they obviously also abused him because he is terrified of everything now. Do yourself a favor and go to Bark and Fitz up the street. Same price range and a WAY better experience!!!
