I love this gym. Amazing hours, always clean, friendly staff, great tanning beds, and lots of equipment to choose from. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Planet fitness is a great gym, they are especially good for beginners with their "30 min workout" section, trainer accessibility, and their "you belong" attitude. They are also very reasonably priced. They have lots of cool things to do post- workout like tanning booths and massage chairs that are all free with the full membership. (Not available during covid times) They are always extremely clean and they reacted very well to covid, shutting down when it was at its worst and then opening back up with strict new rules, visitor limits, and more powerful cleaning products. I would easily consider planet fitness to be my favourite gym.
Really can't go wrong for the price. I wish there were a proper squat rack and bench, and hexagonal dumbells would be much more convenient as they don't roll around. However, you get what you pay for and more. COVID note: I've noticed a handful of people walking around the floor without a mask quite regularly and staff never seem to tell them to put one on. Perhaps there have been some medical exceptions made.
Nice, clean and good. Not very big and spacious as compared to other Planet FItness gyms however good enough for workouts and you do get machines to use. Not much waiting required
I normally workout at my home location at Westdale, but decided to take the drive to this location because of the closures. First thing I noticed upon entry was how friendly and welcoming the staff were. Gym was super clean and overall a good experience especially during these times.. only thing I didn’t like was how this location didn’t have a pull-up rack set-up but still a great environment to get fit
The employee named Daniel has a VERY bad attitude. Was trying to get help but he was to busy on his apple watch to even help. He told me "one minute" while he was typing out text messages rather than assisting members. Id recommend retraining Daniel on customer service etiquette.
