We used plugged piper as part of the city of Hamilton's rebate for backwater valve installation, as well as the rough in for our bathroom in the same location. Sherry, Roy and their staff were all very professional, punctual, and ensured that the job was done to a high standard. I would recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

While the service was great, make sure you get a detailed quote before you start. Our end cost was almost double the original quote, yet the number of days for the project was the same.

We found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. The work completed was done correctly however it took an extremely long time and a lot of money to diagnose the problem with our clogged drain which turned into a cross connection issue. We found Plugged Piper to be expensive and disorganized at times. On two occasions technicians did not show up to the job when scheduled. This required us to accommodate additional days off work. We recognize mistakes happen, but it shouldn't happen twice. The part that upset us the most was when they demanded a 2.5% surcharge on our invoice in order to pay by credit card. We found this to be quite disrespectful given the missed appointments and stressful situation we went through. Overall the work was completed the staff are friendly but we found the price to be quite high. They could improve overall business practices and be more customer centric.

A professional company. I had a blockage in my sewer system and they came and did some inspection. The gave me their honest and professional opining as opposed to other companies who just offered to replace the pipe without doing any inspection. I highly recommend them
