lovely place, nice staff and large units. We've been here for 4 years and we were happy to call this place home. Sad that we are moving out but happy that we've bought our first property. Highly recommend this place.

Moved into the Rosemount Apartments in August. From the first phone call and meeting, Bryson and the team went the extra mile to ensure that we were shown everything the facility had to offer and that all our questions were answered. Even after the move the entire team has been exemplary with how they assist, with even the smallest question. Our apartment was extremely clean when we moved in and the entire complex is very well maintained. I have yet to meet a person living at Rosemount that has not spoken highly of the staff or the overall building and its maintenance. I cannot speak to CLV's other facilities, but if tenants are treated as well as we have been, I would recommend them to anyone. Great experience and a very nice place to call home.
Great and fast service, customer care team is always responsive and very helpful from pre-renting to post-moving in. Maintenance service calls are on spot with friendly staff. Building is kept very clean with the standard security measures. Only a few interior finishing quality here and there keeps this from a 5-star rating.
This building has the WORST IMAGINABLE LIVING CONDITIONS. As a former building resident, I'm astonished to see 5-star reviews here. I’m certain they were planted by the CLV Group themselves. They use personable rental agents, clean common spaces, ‘amenities’ and newly renovated units to try and disguise a building fraught with BED BUGS, LEAKS, UNBEARABLE SUMMER HEAT, expensive shared laundry services that ruin your clothes, ant infestations, regular water shut offs, power outages, and DEAFENING CONSTRUCTION FOR WEEKS ON END. In response to my request for compensation for the losses and damages caused to me by living in this building, I was asked to sign an agreement barring me from sharing my experiences (which I didn’t sign). They‘re trying to hide the truth about what it’s like to live in this building, and I don’t think anyone should unknowingly go through what I went through living here. Please don’t live in this building. It will ruin your life. I would steer clear of CLV Group all together if I were you.
