Absolutely horrible experience. These guys are way too rude. We ordered 2 pounds of wings, tasted just 2 wings and gave it back. We politely informed them that we do not like the taste, could you please take it back and give us something else. Staff was very rude, took it back after arguing for 5 mins and then also added those in our bill. Billiards/Snooker tables are very good. They follow the covid guidelines, music and vibes is good as well. But I’m not sure how this place has so many positive reviews, I highly doubt if those are paid. I have never ever experienced behaviour like this anywhere in Canada. Chicken did not taste like chicken. This review does not come out of anger or frustration. This is an honest experience. Never ever go here if you’re looking for good food, some beers and to enjoy the night. I’d recommend this place for just playing billiards.

My friend and I went in this evening to play pool which we haven't played pool in a very long time. we were a little apprehensive about going to a pool hall and wearing mask but Amanda was our server and she made us feel very comfortable and welcoming and gave us excellent service. She was attentive friendly and made us feel at ease. We will definitely be back because of how they made us feel comfortable and welcomed. cheers to all the staff of shooterville. I usually play pool East of Toronto, Whitby CPA and found myself in the Burlington area the last couple of weekends looking for somewhere to play Pool. Shooterville Billiards is a quality place, great tables and good food. Melisa topped off the experience with her sense of humor, fast service and overall great nature. It was like we were regulars and this was my hometown pool hall. On this list visit we met Mexx and she was wonderful as well. See you guys again soon.
Great time at Shooterville in Burlington. Staff are really friendly. Great service and super clean. Make sure you try the spinach dip recommended by Melissa. Check it out!
I enjoyed it, cool and chilled spot to hang out in Burlington. Like its within walking distance to the new Paradigm Condos on Fairview. Dj was playing a good mix, plus good hours of operation.
