I cannot express enough how helpful the team has been at Special Event Rentals. They answered all of questions in a timely manner and also didn’t mind when I came back with changes, they have so many options it was hard to choose ( we went with the darling cut glassware, swoon, it will be stunning!). Being able to work with a business that has the same values as you is difficult to find, we greatly appreciate all of their support for our big day! To say my experience with Special Events Rental was any less than amazing is an understatement. Chris, was so attentive and so accommodating of what was always feeling like my ever changing needs. Our tent rental was so beautiful. I contacted several other companies and this was the only one that gave me a full quote and drawing of the floor plan right out of the gate. Chris also came out to our property twice to make sure everything would go smoothly for the day they came to install. If you are debating getting a floor installed with you tent I would 100% recommend it. Their team is very skilled and the floor made the tent feel so much more comfortable. We wish we could have kept the whole structure!
