DO NOT TRUST their 100 reward scam..i did the survey and when done it says here you go select 4 magazine! AND YOU HAVE TO PAY processing fees 8 if that is not enough..you will be placed on AUTO RENEWAL! Just be aware of this scam! I try to contact customer service but ofcourse their link is inactive. I love the physical store, lots of variety to choose from, employees are nice too..but in regard to online store after 2 incident big fat NO!

Great costume even this close to Halloween. Lots of stuff still available in all sizes. Hand sanitizer in the way in and at the register, plexiglass galore, not busy or crowded.

AMAZING SERVICE! My friend and I had an issue with the Oakville spirit Halloween and a female supervisor and male manager helped us resolve it. They were super fast, polite and professional and had made our experience much better. Best spirit Halloween ever!

Staff was amazing!!!! Had issues with our online order and the store manager was great! However, I’d advise never to order online :) it took several weeks to get my order and even though I planned ahead I was down to the wire to get my sons costume.
