my experience with the CVL rep Patrick was outstanding, he knew I had just sold my house in downtown Burlington and I had started apartment hunting starting at the CVL building on New Street. I met Patrick and he took me around to show me a few units in that location but as our conversation went on he advised me to go and look at the units at the Lakeshore Club . I met him at the building and he showed me 2 possible apartments I may be interested in and I was amazed at the size of these apartments. I was amazed at everything about the building, I reminded Patrick that it had been at least 30 years since I lived in an apartment so this was a new experience to me and so was renting . The process happened pretty fast and Patrick was there to guide me through any insecurities I may be going through....I'm sorry to say that I must of called on Patrick more times than he used to but he got back to me every time with any questions that I had. I am happy to say that I am all moved in and enjoying a new experience of living at the Lakeshore Club...Deana

I recently moved to The Lakeshore Club ... 36 days and counting. My suite has been newly renovated and is very spacious for myself and 3 children. My neighbourhood is peaceful and friendly. The building is beautifully maintained .. shout out to Justin .. your energy is awesome. This is a new chapter in my life ... an unexpected move during a pandemic with 3 children. I want to give a special shout out to Carmen ... THANK YOU so much for making this transition a wonderful experience for me and my children. Much respect to you and Justin .. I would not hesitate to recommend The Lakeshore Club. Thank you to all the staff and my friendly neighbours. Cheers!!

I have been a resident at the Lakeshore Club since August. I am very happy here...my newly renovated apartment is beautiful and exactly as promised. The building has great amenities and a perfect location. I am happy to say I have made new friends here. And the staff is great, especially Justin. He is always extremely helpful, professional, friendly and courteous. I look forward to many happy years here.

Excellent size units with great views; location is perfect for ALL Services. Staffing is first Class; very clean building and Communications are very adequate. Building improvements continue to be upgraded. We feel very Safe and the Tenants reflect the Higher Quality of the Lakeshore Club. C.L.V. have provided us with a safe and clean facility to fight the Corvid Pandemic; along with great signage for Proper Guidance. Dogs allowed is a must for the Pet Friendly clientele; and the Rules are mostly adhered to. A few different Social Clubs are on board to make things a Warm environment and C.L.V. are there to help. Unethical management. Lakeshore club placed an add on Kijiji for a 2 bedroom apartment. I went to see it the next day they told me the rent was actually 206 more per month. I even showed them the add as proof, they said they advertised the wrong price and they would not honor it. Completely unethical behavior on the part of CVL group Burlington and management at Lakeshore Cub Apartments.
