Collection is great, staff looks friendly, helpful but you don't feel comfortable and welcome here. With friendly smile comes latent arrogance.... I came in the atore in the end of the day to return some items. Only one cashier was working; one customer had an issue with returning, 4 other were patiently waiting for more than 5 minutes, and, although, staff was numerous, nobody came to help! Unpleasant view of dusty glass shelves didn't give you nice impressions of the store as well. Return policy is ridiculous and doesn't help to bring new customers Very disappointed how impressive famous trademark has stores like this one
