I been to the outlet one prior ocasion and had a pretty decent experience however, this morning i called there main number which indicated via automation there store hours were open only mentioning holiday disruptions. My kids and i drove over 2 hours to discover they were closed due to covid. I understand that but the HR rep who came was very unsympathetic even after i explained the long drive and there automated number telling me there were open. They invited us to purchase there goods from any local retailer. Really?? Situation could have been handled better . Wont be back
