Fast service, 2 cars driver window smashed, brought the cars in and out on the same day, cleared the glass pieces very well as well. Lady was nice and friendly, technicians were also polite and friendly.

Very fast service. Did a chip repair in 20 minutes. The guy is a bit grumpy but overall was very happy. Was honest at first and did not promise something which can't deliver.
Went here to get my windshield replaced, and the service was excellent. The reason I'm taking 1 star off is because it took much longer than expected for the replacement to be done. However, they did allow me to take the courtesy car, which helped, but it was slightly annoying to have to wait around all day for my car to be ready. The communication was great, they called me every step of the way with updates.
It takes long time, almost two weeks, to get the custom cut mirror I needed. Which I didn't mind too much. Yet, they have it cut almost two inches longer than the measurements I provided. I ended up have to pay an additional 25 to get the mirror cut at Vancouver Glass because Broco closes in the early afternoon on the installation day. I always have good experience with Broco on Auto Glass but I would highly recommend you to go to more competent shop like Vancouver Glass if you need residential or commercial glass and mirrors.
